My name is Catarina. I'm a woman with an unusual background and a wealth of very different experiences. Trained in the multiple arts of massage and absolutely passionate about alternative medicine, I'm always on the lookout for the little subtleties that the spirit finds to send us eloquent messages. For me, life is a journey back to the essential, back to the Self, the home of everything and everyone. The body is by no means separate from the whole, rather it is a doorway to profound exploration if we don't forget that we are not just this body, but rather that this body is within us. A temple of the soul that awaits a caress, a connection, recognition, respect and love above all else.                                                               

 I'm fully convinced that we are and will be exactly where we need to be, and life teaches me that you can't run away from your nature...
